The Folland Gnat was released as part of the 2011 catalogue. It is a relatively simple build. The kit does not include any paints or glue.
Aircraft Information[edit | edit source]
Orignally designed as a fighter, the Folland Gnat quickly became used for training. It was a small, swept-wing British subsonic jet Folland Aircraft for the Royal Air Force.
The plane first flew in 1955. The Folland gnat is used extensively by India but is most famous for being the plane of choice for the Red Arrows.
