The spitfire is one of the most iconic aircraft in the world. It earned its palce in history by its eligent shape and the role it took in the battle of britian. This kit is a remould of airfix's first spitfire (BTK) and was featured on "James May's Toy Storys" where a 1:1 scale spitfire was built baced on this model.
